What we collect
Your name, email, and company name when you sign up. If you connect a Google account, we store your Google OAuth refresh token (encrypted) and pull GA4/Google Ads reporting data on your behalf. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment details — Pulse never sees or stores your card number.
How we use it
To show you your own advertising and analytics data, to let you (or our AI assistant) propose changes to your own Google Ads account, and to email you about your account (welcome emails, password resets, billing). We don't sell your data, and we don't use your Google Ads data to train models beyond what's needed to answer your own requests through the product.
Third parties
Google (for Ads/GA4 data, under their API terms), Stripe (for billing), and — if you use the "Ask Pulse" assistant — Anthropic (Claude), which only ever sees the natural-language request you type and the resulting proposed action, never your raw account data beyond what's needed to validate that one proposal.
Your data, your control
Disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings. Ask us to delete your account and data by emailing hello@getpulseads.com — we'll action it within 30 days.
